Sending your clients a survey or asking them to give you their opinion will keep that connection and build a good relationship. This will also help you learn what your clients are looking for. Why do you want to build your email list? Building an email list can be very helpful in gaining new clients and may be little to no cost to you. Creating that email list gives you online presence to help grow your business, helps build a relationship with your clients and get more potential clients. When you have an email being sent out to clients or potential clients with content that is directed to them, information they want to know about, it will keeps them educated and engaged in you and your business. When you are in a potential clients inbox you're not just a social media post and it becomes more personal. You can even ask your email audience to write reviews, take a poll, comment or send in questions they would like you to answer in your next email. This will keep them interested and interacting with you. Your clients or potential client can also refer back to your emails later for ideas, information and help if they need to.
