Sending your clients a survey or asking them to give you their opinion will keep that connection and build a good relationship. Here is a sample email you can use:

So we can get to know you better, please feel free to fill out this survey and email it back and add any comments or suggestions you have. We do value you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Start by asking your clients to take a couple minutes to do a survey before their treatment. This will also help you learn what your clients are looking for. Ask their opinion on maybe what they would like to see come into your business as in treatments or product, this will not only get you to know them better and help to see what you can improve on at the same time.
