Sending your clients a survey or asking them to give you their opinion will keep that connection and build a good relationship. Here is a sample email you can use: Dear ____________, We greatly appreciate you as a client and we would like to know a little more about you and how we at ____________________ can make your future treatments here even more relaxing and beneficial to you. So we can get to know you better, please feel free to fill out this survey and email it back and add any comments or suggestions you have. We do value you and look forward to seeing you again soon. Take Care, _____________________ Survey: please circles 1 - 5 , (1 strongly disagree - 5 strongly agree) ~ Is the environment welcoming to you? 1…2…3…4…5 ~ Is our business clean when you are with us? 1…2…3…4…5 ~ Are you given enough time to destress and relax before being taken back to your treatment room? 1…2…3…4…5 ~ Are there any changes we can make to accommodate you? ______________________________________________________________________________ ~ Do you find your therapist customizes your treatment to you or suggests treatments that will help with your specific reason from coming to us? ______________________________________________________________________________ ~ Anything you would like to share in order for us to get to know you better is of great value. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Start by asking your clients to take a couple minutes to do a survey before their treatment. This will also help you learn what your clients are looking for. Ask their opinion on maybe what they would like to see come into your business as in treatments or product, this will not only get you to know them better and help to see what you can improve on at the same time.
