I will work one on one with staff including front desk staff to insure that all team members are educated on services and products. I will find new ways to bring in more revenue across the board to your salon or spa.
On-Site Consultations:
This will include a full evaluation on your facility, experiencing services from your Team members, and full write up plan of how we can fine tune your business to achieve your ultimate goals.
*All coaching sessions must be paid for upfront before and sessions start.
