Self Care is overlooked by many Massage Therapists,  if you don’t take care of YOU then how can you take care of your clients? This course will teach you several self care techniques to help take care of you, the massage therapist. From everyday stretches to using self-care tools, using proper body mechanics, to time management so you can take care for yourself. Keeping yourself healthy should be at the top of your priority list and these techniques can help.
