Denise is a licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing massage since 2008. She graduated from East West School of Massage Therapy in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania where she was trained in Therapeutic, Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Infant, Chair and Hot Stone Massage. Over the years Denise has worked in different types of settings performing Massage including her own practice and has been drawn too many different modalities. She continues to enlighten herself with Continuing Education to be able to better care for her clients and students she teaches. Some other modalities Denise has been trained in over the years are Lomi Lomi, CST, MLD, Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Lava Shells to name a few. Denise is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and greatly enjoys teaching parents how to give their children massages. She has been a member of ABMP since 2008 and has been teaching Continuing Education Classes to Massage Therapists as an NCBTMB Approved Provider since 2013.
Over the years as a Holistic Provider, she has gravitated towards helping other in a natural way and has also become an Herbalist. She holds Workshops and One-on-One herbal classes to teach other how they can use Herbs to heal themselves and their families. She also makes her own products to help others in her community and other communities live a more natural life.

Jeremy is certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He is also an NCBTMB approved provider and a CPR Instructor certified under American Heart Association. Jeremy has received his Personal Training Certification through NPTI in Philadelphia in 2008 and has been taking ongoing courses to insure his training clients the best results and the newest techniques. He also obtained a license in massage therapy after attending Lancaster School of Cosmetology and bodyworks in 2019 and continues to grow as a therapist. Extending his education past massage school Jeremy has taken many courses to enhance his knowledge in this industry. Some modalities he has been trained in over the years are, K-Taping, Advanced Cupping, FMT Blading, and Gua Sha to name a few. Jeremy is passionate about the work he does and is always learning in order to share his knowledge about both personal training and massage therapy with others. Jeremy is a member of ABMP, AHA, and teaches Continuing Education as a NCBTMB Approved Provider.
